Linda has been the Executive Director of the LCEDC since November of 1999. She is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, has earned an Economic Development Finance Specialist Certificate from the National Development Council, and is currently enrolled in the Certified Economic Developer (CecD) Program offered through the International Economic Development Council. Linda has over twenty years of economic development/finance experience through career positions including Licensed Financial Consultant with A.G. Edwards & Sons and Director of the City of New Castle’s Community Development Department. Linda has served on the board of a number of local, state and regional organizations and is currently the Vice President of the Pennsylvania Economic Development Association. Born and raised in Mercer County, PA., Linda has been a long-time resident of the City of New Castle.
Linda is responsible for the daily operation of the LCEDC, staff management, planning and policy functions, coordination of committees, liaison to government bodies, development agencies, industrial education bodies, and transportation groups.

Lynn has been with the Corporation since June of 1991. She holds a B.A. in Art History from Mansfield University, a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University, an Economic Development Finance Specialist Certificate from the National Development Council, and is currently enrolled in the Certified Economic Developer (CecD) Program offered through the International Economic Development Council. Lynn was born and raised in Butler County, PA, lived in Las Vegas, NV for ten years, returned to Pennsylvania in 1991, and has resided in Lawrence County since that time.
Lynn’s primary responsibilities include the identification of project-specific loan and grant funding opportunities, preparing, processing and administering of funding awards and applications for use by the LCEDC and/or Lawrence County businesses from various government sources, website management, preparation of in-house marketing materials, preparation of various financial summaries, processing of site/facility inquiries and management of the Corporation’s site/facility database.

John has over twenty years of economic development experience beginning with his long-time tenure as the City of New Castle’s Business Administrator as well as the Director of the City’s Community Development Department. In January of 2003, Mr. DiMuccio was hired as a part-time special projects coordinator for the LCEDC and heads up the Corporation’s Business Retention Program – calling on over 200 businesses each year for the purpose of identifying and resolving the needs of our existing industrial enterprises helping to keep valuable jobs here in our community. John holds a History degree from Slippery Rock University and is a life-long resident of Lawrence County.
John is the LCEDC coordinator of the Business Retention and Expansion Program (BREP) meeting one-on-one with business leaders for the purpose of identifying and assisting with the needs of Lawrence County businesses. John also acts in an advisory capacity by assisting with the execution of development projects throughout Lawrence County.

Chrissie is the newest addition to the LCEDC staff; with us since September of 2008. Chrissie is a life-long resident of Lawrence County and has many years of finance and customer service experience. Her career has included positions with National City Bank, First Commonwealth Bank and Western Southern Life Insurance Company.
Chrissie is responsible for meeting coordination, maintenance of schedules, in-house flyers, general office administration as well as the maintenance of the LCEDC’s Business Call Program database. Chrissie is Linda’s direct assistant and acts as the secretary in all meetings of the Corporation.
